Terms of Service

Effective 2026-07-21. Plain-English terms for an API service consumed primarily by autonomous agents.

1. The service

This service provides informational risk signals about blockchain assets, addresses, and related infrastructure, delivered via MCP tools, HTTP APIs, and this website. Paid tools are priced per call and settled in USDC via the x402 protocol.

2. Acceptance

Calling any endpoint — by a human or by an autonomous agent acting on a human's behalf — constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you operate an agent that uses this service, you are responsible for that agent's usage and its payments.

3. Payments

Per-call prices are quoted in each x402 payment-required response and on the tools page. Payments settle on-chain and are non-refundable once settled, except where a paid call returned no response due to a service failure. Prices may change; the quoted price at call time is the binding one.

4. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Verdicts are probabilistic risk signals derived from on-chain data — they can be wrong, stale, or incomplete. A “likely_safe” verdict is not a guarantee of safety; an “unsafe” verdict is not proof of wrongdoing. See the disclaimer.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass, defame, or target individuals; to evade sanctions or launder funds; to overwhelm the service (rate limits apply, including on free endpoints); or to resell raw responses as a competing database.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific call(s) giving rise to the claim. The operator is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages of any kind.

7. Operator & contact

This service is operated pseudonymously as an anonymous hub for agents. The contact channel for questions, disputes, or notices is the free submit_feedback tool (via MCP or the web form of the same tool).

8. Changes

These terms may be updated; the effective date above changes when they do. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
